Welcome to 55atm. By accessing or using any part of the 55atm platform — including the website, sports betting section, casino games, slots, bingo rooms, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all users of 55atm, including registered account holders and visitors browsing without an account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

55atm is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment methods supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets.

To register a 55atm account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 55atm is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Registering on behalf of another person, or using false identity information, is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active 55atm account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited.
• You must be registering of your own free will and not under any compulsion or third-party instruction.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment method details. 55atm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure.

One account per household is the general standard. Where multiple accounts are detected at the same address, 55atm may request additional verification and may restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 55atm account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any other person. 55atm support staff will never ask for your password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 55atm support immediately via live chat or email. 55atm will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the matter is being reviewed.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including bets placed, games played, and deposits or withdrawals initiated, unless 55atm determines that unauthorised access has occurred.

Account details including registered name, date of birth, and national identity information cannot be changed after verification is completed. If you believe an error was made during registration, contact support with your documentation for review.

All deposits and withdrawals on 55atm are processed in PKR. The platform does not support foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page. 55atm does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard practice to prevent fraudulent fund movement. 55atm reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual.

Withdrawal processing times vary by tier and method:

• Standard accounts: withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval.
• Silver VIP and above: priority processing applies, typically within 24 hours.
• Gold VIP and above: same-day processing as standard for most methods.
• Raast transfers settle near-instantly once approved. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are subject to the respective provider's settlement times.

55atm reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. The platform will communicate clearly if such documentation is required and will not unreasonably delay payouts pending review.

55atm offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. Players are strongly encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.

General bonus rules applicable across all 55atm promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by verified account holders. Unverified accounts are not eligible.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only — one per person, household, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's specific terms page.
• Bonuses that include free bets or game credits expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Unused credits after expiry are removed from the account balance.
• 55atm reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and are in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time of a change will not be retroactively affected by that change.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic betting patterns, bet hedging, or account collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger an account review.

VIP members from Gold tier and above receive personalised bonus offers through their dedicated account manager. These offers are in addition to the standard promotions available on the Promotions page and are subject to individually communicated terms.

Sports betting on 55atm is available across cricket, football, esports, and other supported markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.

Bets are final once confirmed by the system. 55atm does not accept cancellation requests for bets placed in error. Players should review their selections and stake before confirming any bet.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or results are voided for reasons outside the control of 55atm — such as weather interruptions to a cricket match or a walkover in PSL — the platform's void and settlement rules apply. These rules are published in full in the Sports Betting help section of the platform.

55atm reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at revised odds where an obvious pricing error is identified. This includes situations where odds were published in error due to a data feed issue or manual input mistake. 55atm will communicate any such decisions to affected players promptly.

Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary depending on your account tier. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased limits.

55atm's casino section includes slot games, live casino tables, and bingo rooms. All games are provided by third-party software providers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer interaction over video stream.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are published by the respective software provider. 55atm does not modify RTP settings — games run at the parameters set by the certified provider version deployed on the platform.

Bingo rooms on 55atm run on a published schedule. Entry costs, prize pools, and room-specific rules are displayed before joining a room. Players must purchase tickets before the game begins — late entries are not permitted.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnections, game freezes, or provider outages — the general rule is that incomplete game rounds are voided and the stake is returned to the player's account. Where the game outcome was already determined before a disconnection, the result stands. 55atm will review disputed game outcomes on a case-by-case basis using server logs.

The 55atm VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All registered accounts begin at Bronze automatically. Progression through tiers is based on overall platform activity including sports betting turnover, casino wagering, and deposit history.

VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, processing priority, and account manager access — are published on the VIP page and are updated periodically. 55atm reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefit structures with reasonable notice to affected members.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Players whose activity falls below the threshold for their current tier may be reassessed. 55atm will communicate any downgrade clearly and in advance where possible, giving players an opportunity to meet the activity requirements before a change takes effect.

Personalised offers made to VIP members by account managers are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of the offer. Standard Promotions page terms do not automatically apply to VIP-exclusive offers.

55atm is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and remain in effect for the duration chosen by the player. During a self-exclusion period the account cannot be used for betting, gaming, or deposits regardless of VIP tier. Players who have self-excluded cannot request early reinstatement — the exclusion period runs its full course.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55atm and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account per person, household, or shared device.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or deposit.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate systematic profit.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or in communications with support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 55atm support staff.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or interfere with platform security.

55atm monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour that falls outside normal patterns. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 55atm will close the account and may retain any balance where it is determined to be the product of prohibited activity.

55atm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy action is taken.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 55atm will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeframe to the account holder. Funds in a suspended account are held securely during the review period.

Where a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they should contact support directly. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after standard verification checks.

55atm provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain uptime and service quality, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures.

55atm is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own decisions — including bets placed, game rounds entered, or promotional terms not read in full before claiming a bonus. Players accept that all gaming and betting activity involves risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted, 55atm's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the funds directly at issue in that specific matter. The platform will not be held responsible for indirect losses, reputational claims, or consequential damages.

55atm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 55atm will notify registered account holders via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the 55atm platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.
